Just checking in today to post my visual plans for week 3. As you can see, I have A LOT planned! I guess I really tend to OVER plan…which is why you’ll see several activities/lessons I planned last week in this week’s plans. I’m all about being flexible…it’s sort of a must in this profession. There were several things that we just didn’t get to because of time restrictions, unexpected events, or just taking time out to reteach behavior expectations :) FLEXIBLE…say it with me ;)
You’ll also notice that several of my dessert tub activities for math & literacy are now their “dinner” {must do} tubs this week. This saves me from trying to reinvent the wheel and doing more work than necessary. PLUS, my kids are already familiar with the activities so that’s a bonus!

LOVE the focus wall concept!! I think that is GREAT! Its also a nice refection of the week's goals as well!!

I have a focus wall as well. It hasn't gotten much action these past two weeks as we have been trying to focus just on becoming learners but I'm adding on this week :) Thanks for sharing your plans. We have been using your calendar unit and loving it!
